General terms and conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1. Entrepreneur: LoveSecret, trading under the name Brameho, located at Populierenlaan 49, 1911BK Uitgeest, the Netherlands.
2. Customer: Any natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
3. Agreement: Any agreement between the customer and the entrepreneur regarding the delivery of products or services.
4. Products: All goods offered by LoveSecret via the webshop.
Article 2 – Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of LoveSecret.
2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The offer
1. LoveSecret strives to show a clear and complete offer. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind LoveSecret.
2. Each product contains a complete and accurate description.
Article 4 – Prices
1. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
2. Price changes and typographical errors are reserved.
Article 5 – Delivery
1. The delivery time is 1-3 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
2. LoveSecret is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
Article 6 – Returns and right of withdrawal
1. Customers have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the product is unopened and unused.
2. Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 – Privacy
LoveSecret respects the privacy of its customers. Personal data is used exclusively according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 – Liability
1. LoveSecret is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
2. The maximum liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product in question.
Article 9 – Complaints procedure
1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to LoveSecret within 7 days, fully and clearly described.
2. LoveSecret will respond in writing within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
Article 10 – Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes.
